Sydney August 2023 Holotropic Breathwork Workshop

We are pleased to let you know we are running a double Holotropic Breathwork non-residential weekend workshop on 26th and 27th of August 2023 in Sydney (Strathfield).

Workshop Details:

• Monday 21 August 7:30pm – Zoom Introductory Talk for new participants (no cost)
• Saturday 26 August 2023 – all day 8:45am till 7:30pm – HB workshop day 1
• Sunday 27 August 2023 - all day 9am till 7pm – HB workshop day 2

Workshop Program

Monday 21 August 2023 – Online Introductory Talk for New Participants 

For all first-time participants it is compulsory to attend an online (Zoom) introductory talk covering the practice of Holotropic Breathwork, potential benefits and some theory behind this approach to self-exploration and self-discovery. 

This Zoom talk is optional for participants that had in the past participated in HB events lead by certified Holotropic Breathwork facilitators in Sydney or anywhere in Australia.

Saturday 26 August 2023 – HB Workshop Day 1

The workshop includes an opening circle on the Saturday morning with an opportunity to meet the other participants in the workshop, hear a brief re-cap on the practice of Holotropic Breathwork as well as the chance to work out partnering arrangements for the breathwork session/s. 

The Saturday includes a morning and an afternoon breathwork sessions, where you will participate as a breather in one of the sessions and sit for your breathing partner in the other session.

After each session there is the opportunity to start the integration process by creating a mandala / artwork of your experience. We will close Day 1 with a closing sharing circle where participants will have the chance to share the experience of their breathwork session.

Sunday 27 August 2023 – HB Workshop Day 2

We shall start the Sunday with a very brief gathering and check in before we start the second day with Holotropic Breathwork.

The Sunday includes a morning and an afternoon breathwork session, where you will participate as a breather in one of the sessions and sit for your partner in the other session.

After each session there is the opportunity to start the integration process by creating a mandala / artwork of your experience. We will close Day 2 with a closing sharing circle where participants will have the chance to share the experience of their breathwork session.

Once your registration is acknowledged, you will receive the bank details to send a $100 holding deposit or a full payment. Note: $100 is not refundable if cancellation occurs later than 4 weeks before the workshop. If need to cancel before the holding deposit (less $50 admin fee) payment can be re-funded or retained to be used for the next workshop.
