Global Breathwork Day

April 13th 2019 Mini Holotropic Breathwork Workshop


We invite you to participate in this mini breathwork session on Saturday 13th April, 2019 on Global Breathwork Day. Global breathwork day is a day where many other breathwork circles from around the world gather to celebrate the work of Stan and Christina Grof. It's an opportunity to dive deep into breath and to open to what emerges as a part of your own moving towards wholeness.

Please note that this workshop format is slightly different to our Friday evening and All day Saturday workshops and is open to anyone who has attended Melbourne Breathwork workshops previously.


What will the workshop cover?

Saturday 1:00pm to 9:00pm

Two Breathwork sessions

We will have two breathwork sessions ont he Saturday where you will participate as a breather in one of the sessions and also sit for your partner in the other session.

Mandala, integration and sharing.

After each session there is the opportunity to start the integration process by creating a mandala / artwork of your experience. We will close the saturday with a closing sharing circle where participants will have the chance to share the experience of their breathwork session.

Payment

  • The cost of the workshop is $150 / $130 (concession). 
  • A deposit of $50 is required to secure your spot. This deposit becomes non-refundable two weeks prior to the event.
