Are you interested in Holotropic Breathwork and the pathway to becoming a trained facilitator? This free online introduction to Holotropic Breathwork and the Australian Holotropic Breathwork training program is an ideal way to find out about Holotropic Breathwork and the International Grof Transpersonal Training (GTT) program.

Holotropic Breathwork is a remarkable and transformative practice for exploring consciousness and personal growth. Originating from the pioneering work of Stanislav and Christina Grof, this session delves into the theory, history, and practical aspects of this approach.

We will delve into the psyche's incredible potential for inner healing and discern the subtle difference between spiritual emergence and spiritual emergency. The art of Holotropic Breathwork, encompassing deep breathing techniques, the vital role of the sitter, and the transformative influence of music, will be explored. In addition to examining the wide range of experiences that may arise during a Holotropic Breathwork session, we will also address any potential contraindications and adverse reactions.

Furthermore, we will emphasize the significance of preparation and post-session integration to maximize the benefits of this profound practice.

Please note this session does not include a Holotropic Breathwork session. Holotropic Breathwork can only be done in person and is generally 2.5 hours long in duration. This is an information evening wit a small demonstration of Holotropic Breathwork.
