Come and join us on a special property for a deeply personal and transformative journey, held within a supportive community.

Surrounded by mountains, ancient trees, pristine air and water, you’ll be gently guided through multiple breathwork sessions, interwoven with integrative experiences such as artistic expression, wood-fired sauna, forest walks, group sharings, and communal dinners.  

PROGRAM: 

Friday 16th 5:30pm - 9pm

  • Dinner
  • Opening circle 
  • Preparation exercise

Saturday 17th 8:30am - 7:30pm

  • Morning breathwork session + integration time
  • Lunch break
  • Afternoon breathwork session + integration time
  • Sauna
  • Dinner

Sunday 18th 8:30am - 7:30pm

  • Morning breathwork session + integration time
  • Lunch break
  • Afternoon breathwork session + integration time
  • Dinner
  • Closing circle

* finishing times may vary slightly

Participants will experience 2 sessions as a breather and 2 as a "sitter"

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation on site is limited to 2 private cabins(queen bed).

There are a large amount of grassed areas where sleeping in a tent or campervan is welcome. 

Participants are also invited to sleep on the floor of the Dojo for the duration of the weekend (mattresses available)

Fee is for the whole weekend (3 nights) and includes access to all facilities including alfresco kitchen, shared bathrooms and outdoor bathtubs.

There are also some nice BnB options within the valley.

Location

Tenchi Farm, 7304

One hour from Launceston, Tenchi Farm is nestled under the Western Tiers in the Meander Valley. The venue features amazing views and is held within wild mountains and old growth forest We will be gathering in a beautiful Aikido dojo for our sessions. It is wonderfully peaceful and private, inviting a sense of dropping out of the busy world and dropping into yourself.

$450 pp

  • Includes breathwork sessions, art materials, sauna, simple vegetarian dinners, snacks, tea & coffee.
  • Participants will be asked to provide their own lunch and breakfast.
  • Accommodation may be available for an additional fee.
  • Once your registration is accepted we will ask for a deposit of $100.
  • Non-refundable after 4 weeks prior to the event unless exceptional circumstances prevent attendance.
  • Full payment is due before the commencement of the workshop.
