I am delighted to be facilitating with Elaine Oberg and Michelle Maynard, both very committed to this work and currently in the HB facilitator training programme with 'Grof Transpersonal Training’. Join us for a day of self exploration with the opportunity to experience state of expanded consciousness, in this unique set & setting with Holotropic Breathwork™ on the Central Coast, Kincumber.
We will start at 8.30am with an introduction talk on Holotropic Breathwork™ with helpful information to support your journey on the transpersonal, basic perinatal and biographical experiences. This is compulsory for anyone new to Holotropic Breathwork. If you have experienced HB before you are welcome to join us at 9.30am for the opening circle, or join us at 8.30am to settle in & relax...

Lotte Schultz is a Holotropic Breathwork™ facilitator certified by Grof Transpersonal Training USA.
Drawing on more then thirty years of personal experience, training and spiritual development Lotte brings many professional skills to her practice. Holotropic Breathwork™ plays a pivotal role in her life and private practice.

Elaine began the transformative journey of self-exploration & healing in 1985 during study program in Depth Psychology & Breathwork, based on Stan & Christina Grof’s Holotropic Paradigm. She began her training with Grof Transpersonal Training (GTT) Australia in 2012. Having worked in many aspects of the Healing Profession.

$250 The day will include two sessions, one as a breather & one as a sitter, integration phase all art material is supplied, morning/afternoon tea & supper, BYO lunch and included is a phone consult if needed after the workshop.

Venue is about 15 min drive from Gosford Train Station via Uber or Taxi (1.15 hrs drive from Sydney & Newcastle)

Please pay $100 with your registration and the remaining on the day in cash or have all payments done before workshop date. You can also transfer payment into bank account (Please note we can only take cash payments on the HB day)

Cancellation Policy

Please pay $100 deposit with your registration to secure your place.
$50 is a non-refundable deposit of your fee with less then two weeks notice - $100 with less then 72 hours.
Less then 24 hours the full amount is non-refundable as it is then too late to fill the place, even with a waiting list and I need to cover my costs. Thank you for understanding.
