An Invitation to participate in Holotropic Breathwork ® in Adelaide in June 2024.

Holotropic Breathwork® is a powerful approach to Self – exploration and is a combination of ancient breathing practices, evocative music, release work and integration processes. It explores the deeper dimensions of the psyche, evoking your innate inner wisdom, awareness, and potential for healing. Each participant will have the opportunity to experience 1 breathing session and 1 session sitting for a partner.

The workshops are open to anyone interested in doing deep personal work and no prior experience is necessary. Holotropic Breathwork can be experienced as a single event, or an ongoing practice within a supported community.

We will be offering several 1 day workshops in 2024 and our venue limits us to small groups of 4, with the potential to expand on this based on interest and need.

Workshop Details

8.45am Introductory opening circle. Please arrive at 8.30am if you need time to settle in (tea. Coffee etc).
10.30am - Breathwork Session 1
1.00pm – Lunch and valuable integration time for mandala drawing,
collage etc.
2.30pm – Breathwork Session 2
5.00pm – Light dinner and integration and mandala drawing, collage etc
6.30pm – Brief closing share circle (1hour)

Please note these times are just a general guide and may change slightly on the day.

What to bring

Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring:
• Personal writing materials (Notepad, Journal)
• Water bottle and pillow
• A light lunch (you will be asked to stay on site for the duration of the workshop)

Optional things to bring:
• Single sheets and a blanket
• Your own favourite art materials
• A small special item of inspiration

We will provide :
• Art materials, sheets, blankets, mattresses, tea and coffee etc, snacks and a light evening meal (soup).

Please remember to advise us of any food allergies or dietary requirements.
