Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful approach to Self-exploration and positive transformation. It is a combination of deeper and accelerated breathing, evocative music, release work and integration processes.
Holotropic Breathwork explores the deeper dimensions of the psyche, evoking your innate inner wisdom, awareness, and potential for healing in expanded states of consciousness. Each participant will have the opportunity to experience 2 breathing sessions and 2 sessions sitting for a partner.
This workshops is open to anyone interested in personal growth, however registration into the workshop is subject to screening of medical constraints. An online preparation talk the week prior to the event is required for new participants. Holotropic Breathwork can be experienced as a single event, or as an ongoing practice within a supportive community, assisted by highly trained facilitators.
Preparation prior to the breathwork session and integration post workshop are essential elements of this process. Please take this into consideration and allow time for these aspects when you are planning to participate in Holotropic Breathwork.
